Lessons

Overcoming Stress with Affirmative Prayer can happen when:

1.

Change your thoughts. Swapping negative thoughts for positive ones increases confidence and tranquility.

2.

Affirm your truth. Repeating positive "I am" statements helps you push past mental block s.

3.

Breathe and Let Go. Taking a moment to quiet your mind releases stress.

4. You are in control. Changes will happen, but you get to choose how you react to them.

Affirmation I release worry and embrace the peace within me.
