Maintaining a Positive Consciousness requires understanding the following:

Pretending we are okay hurts us. Pretending can prevent our healing.

Consciousness is more than mood or attitude. It is the lens through which we interpret life.

A positive consciousness is not passive. It is refusing to surrender our spiritual nature.

#4 Denials and Affirmations can empower us. Denial clears the ground; Affirmation plants seeds.
